A torch fired sgriffito pieceis set in sterling silver. To make the enamel piece I start with a liquid enamel that when dry, I scratch a design into the enamel with a fine point and torch fire it. Then wet granular enamel is placed within the designs and fired again. The seatting is accented with a pink tourmaline and is adjustable on a paperclip chain to 17-1/2" in length.
